Your First Visit
Worship services here at LifeWay Auburn are unique. Our goal is to facilitate a transforming encounter with God through worship and preaching. The idea is nothing new, but the way we do it is. We believe that teaching is a conversation between God, the pastor and you. Most Sundays, there are plenty of opportunities to ask questions, share thoughts and dig deeper with each other – during the sermon. We welcome hand raising for more interaction, which equals more learning.
What do you have for kids?
We firmly believe that our kids are disciples, not distractions. They are always welcome to stay with you or if they are comfortable, we have an infants and toddler, and a grade school classroom with activities, prayer and lessons just for them. All of our teachers are background checked and trained to ensure lots of fun for them and carefree worship time for you.
What about teens?
Once kids hit the teen years they are ready for a deeper understanding of scripture, salvations and walking in their faith. The interactive nature of our services are the perfect learning environment for their actively curious minds. We welcome their questions, insights and participation. But teenagers also need a time of their own so once a month they break away for their own lesson and discussion after the worship. Our youth ministry also partners with LifeWay Church in Federal Way so there is always a retreat, service opportunity or fun event right around the corner.
Do you have a building?
Yes, but not a typical church building. Our facility is part of a commercial space in the heart of town. While it’s a new concept for some, we like it that way. Our location gives us a chance to serve more people and makes it convenient to find. Plus, buildings are expensive!
What Should I Wear?
We welcome everything from business attire to jeans. Wear whatever is comfortable to you!
What Is Your Music Like?
Our worship team is small and it sets for an intimate time to worship together.
How Long Is Service?
Our services generally last 90 minutes, however, with our interaction makes them seem shorter.
